Janice Stevens Botsford has had five abstract mixed media collage paintings accepted into an exhibition sponsored by The Arts and Cultural Alliance of Jackson County in a venue owned by Consumers Energy.
The paintings are being shown in downtown Jackson at The Innovation Center, 165 W. Michigan, a new, four-story, beautifully renovated space (that used to be the F.W. Woolworth Co.’s “five and dime” store), was unveiled on April 15th, 2016.
The Innovation Center provides open work spaces to promote collaboration across different industries”, for example those involving solar or wind power and other sustainable energy. It serves as an “incubator” for start-ups looking to grow not only in Jackson but across the state, a “hub” for generating new ways to better serve Michigan residents’ energy needs
Exhibition dates: April 15th – July 15th, 2016
The space is open Weekdays between 8 am and 5 pm
