Annual Exhibition at Ella Sharp Museum April 23 – June 25
Chelsea Painters Annual Exhibition, “More Than the Sum of Our Parts”, showcases 32 figurative paintings by 26 members. A short biography, next to each artist’s painting, highlights our group’s diversity. A 60″ x 130″ assemblage exploring members’ unique self-portrait interpretations, is the centerpiece of this show. The renowned artist Marc Chagall said, “Great art picks up where nature ends,” and the gardens included in the 20th Annual Ann Arbor Garden Walk, held Saturday, June 12 from 10-4, provide a wealth of inspiration.
